The RCI main goal is to save energy; it has a very efficient program that thanks to the weather station comes up to work with the air inlet / curtain in an optimal way since fans only operate whenever is required by the climate conditions.

CROSS SECTION RCI
Static or natural: The RCI works in a static ventilation way and taking advantage of the wind strenght whenever the (direction and speed) are convenient, fans will be kept turned off with the corresponding energy saving
Dynamic or forced: Fans will work in a forced way whenever the desired parameters are not stored while working in a energy saving basis, therefore the air inlets placed on the side of the mentioned fans will be closed, these side fans will turn on and increase their speed according to the required air flow.
Static or natural: The RCI works in a static ventilation format while taking advantage of the wind strenght, therefore fans shall be kept turned off and will save energy whenever the conditions (direction and speed) are convenient.
Dynamic or forced: The climate controller will operate in a forced ventilation format whenever the desired parameters are not stored while working un a energy saving basis, therefore side air inlets will position themselves and chimney fans will the run.
Static or natural: The RCI works with the air inlets while using strenght, as long as the conditions (direction and speed) are convenient, fans will be kept turned off and therefore saving energy.
Dynamic tunnel: All the side air inlets are closed and by means of the peripheral (EGC) all the exhaust fan ventilation phases placed in front of the farm start working and achive optimal environmental cooling thanks to the air flow produced.
This version monitors both sides of the air inlets independently while combining the lintel supervision since it has specific parameter control for it. It is ideal system to control farms without fans.
RCI TUNNEL WITH CENTRAL UNIT
Static or natural: The RCI works in a staticventilation way taking advantage of the wind strength while conditions are convenient. These fans will be kept turned off with the corresponding energy saving.
Dynamic or forced: In terms of minimum ventilation, air inlets perform at a 50% and work with the fans placed in the upper part. In terms of maximum fans, all the air inlets are closed; chimney as well as those placed in front of the farm are activated and therefore tunnel ventilation is now on it way.

Static or natural: The RCI works in a static ventilation way taking advantage of the wind strength while conditions are convenient. These fans will be kept turned of the corresponding energy saving.
Dynamic or forced: All the air inlets close and stop working, then side fans shall start working little by little while the exhaust ones placed in front of the farm turn on.
TUNNEL WITH CENTRAL UNIT / TUNNEL WITH CROSS SECTION
MIXED CROSS SECTION

Dynamic or forced: The curtains placed beside the fans close themselves and the small fans start working, afterwards, exhaust fans will do the same whenever ventilation requirements.

EXAFAN has designed a climate controller named MCA managed by a microprocessor; it allows us to handle all the systems taking part in the farm ventilation equipment.
The MCA system program enables us to control by means of curves given that the ventilation requirements vary according to the age of the animals.
Even though in other lines of climate controllers, we have incorporated the programming technology with curves to increase the control possibilities thanks to its changing easiness and correction of the climate controller influences.
